“Stoned Cop Calls 911: A Drama”

A stoned officer calls 911 because he thinks that he and his wife are dying from an overdose of marijuana. I have taken the audio and applied it to the art of animation.
This only took a few hours of boredom to make, and mind you it was done with Microsoft Paint. Enjoy.
